Shelves & Streets Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Shelves & Streets mobile game for Android and iOS handles information. RLD Games is the app developer. Privacy questions can be sent to rld.ranger07@gmail.com.

Information handled by the game

• Local game data: career progress, inventory, upgrades, fleet, achievements, settings, ad reward counters, and purchased entitlement flags are stored in app storage on the device. RLD Games does not receive this local save data.
• Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads may collect and share IP address, user product interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, app set ID, or app- or developer-scoped Apple device identifiers. An IP address may be used to estimate general location. The iOS app does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Purchase data: Google Play or Apple's App Store processes optional purchases and payment details. The app receives product identifiers and transaction status needed to grant and restore the item. RLD Games does not receive card or bank details.
• Consent data: Google's User Messaging Platform stores and processes advertising consent choices where required.

The game does not create a user account and does not use a custom analytics or gameplay server. RLD Games does not sell personal information.

Purposes and sharing

Advertising information is handled by Google for advertising, analytics, SDK performance, security, and fraud prevention. Purchase information is handled by Google Play or Apple's App Store to complete, verify, restore, refund, and report transactions. These services act under their own terms and privacy policies. Data may be processed in countries other than the user's country.

Advertising choices

Rewarded ads are optional and limited each day. Interstitial ads are shown only at some shift breaks and can be removed by the No Ads purchase. Where required, the game displays consent choices before requesting ads. The iOS app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use IDFA for cross-app tracking. Users can reopen Privacy Choices from Settings when required. Device privacy controls can reset, restrict, or deny advertising identifiers.

Retention and deletion

Local save data remains until the user resets the career, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app. RLD Games does not retain a server copy. Google retains advertising and transaction information according to its own policies and legal obligations. Privacy or support requests can be sent to the contact above.

Security

Google states that Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit using TLS. The app disables cleartext network traffic and does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or shared storage permission. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

The intended audience is age 16 and older. The game is not directed to children under 13, is not marketed to users under 16, and is not listed in Apple's Kids Category. Store age ratings describe the content in the game and do not mean that the game is designed for children. RLD Games does not knowingly create profiles for children. If you believe a child provided information through a platform service, contact us and the relevant service.
