Shelves & Streets Terms of Use
These terms supplement the Google Play or Apple App Store terms that apply to your download and purchases. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License
RLD Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game for lawful, non-commercial use. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, exploit, interfere with, or create unauthorized copies of the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Free game, ads, and purchases
The core game is free. It may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. Optional one-time purchases may remove interstitial ads, provide a starter convenience pack, or unlock cosmetic styles. In-game money and items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
Purchases and refunds
Google Play or Apple App Store processes prices, taxes, payment, receipts, restoration, and refunds under its rules. Prices are shown in the system purchase screen before confirmation. Do not make a purchase without the payment account holder's authorization. Contact the store for refund requests and contact RLD Games for delivery problems.
Game availability and saves
The game, balancing, ads, products, and features may change to improve quality, security, or legal compliance. Service interruptions and defects may occur. Save data is stored locally and may be lost when the app is reset, cleared, removed, or the device fails. Features already purchased will be restored where the store reports an active entitlement.
Intellectual property
The game code, name, art, interface, audio system, and other original content are owned by RLD Games or used with permission. Google Play, Apple App Store, Google Mobile Ads, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. RLD Games does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RLD Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game.
Termination and changes
Your license may end if you materially breach these terms or misuse the game. Updated terms apply from the stated effective date; material changes will be reflected in the published text. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

Lisans
RLD Games size oyunu yasal ve ticari olmayan amacla kurup oynamaniz icin kisisel, sinirli, münhasir olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alinabilir lisans verir. Yasanin acikca izin verdigi durumlar disinda oyunu satamaz, yeniden dagitamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yetkisiz kopya olusturamazsiniz.
Ücretsiz oyun, reklamlar ve satin alimlar
Temel oyun ücretsizdir. Istege bagli ödüllü reklamlar ve seyrek tam ekran reklamlar gösterebilir. Tek seferlik satin alimlar tam ekran reklamlari kaldirabilir, baslangic kolayligi veya kozmetik stil saglayabilir. Oyun parasi ve esyalarinin nakit degeri yoktur.
Satin alim ve iadeler
Fiyat, vergi, ödeme, makbuz, geri yükleme ve iadeleri Google Play veya Apple App Store kendi kurallarina göre isler. Fiyat, onaydan önce sistem satin alma ekraninda gösterilir. Iade icin ilgili magazaya, teslimat sorunu icin RLD Games'e basvurun.
Kullanilabilirlik ve kayitlar
Kalite, güvenlik veya yasal uyum icin oyun dengesi, reklamlar, ürünler ve özellikler degisebilir. Yerel kayit; uygulama sifirlandiginda, temizlendiginde, kaldirildiginda veya cihaz arizalandiginda kaybolabilir.
Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun kodu, ad, sanat, arayüz, ses sistemi ve diger özgün icerik RLD Games'e aittir veya izinle kullanilir.
Sorumluluk
Oyun yasanin izin verdigi ölcüde "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. RLD Games yasal olarak kaldirilamayacak tüketici haklarini kaldirmaz. Ülkenizdeki zorunlu tüketici haklari etkilenmez.
